REPLAY Studio - Your Wedding Videographer

Replay Studio is the discreet witness to one of the most beautiful days of your life. My name is Andrei and I'm passionate about video! For several years I've been creating wedding videos, my goal is to create a unique, romantic and personalized memory for your couple. My style is vibrant colors, details and your smiles, I would like my video to convey your emotions and those of your loved ones on this unique day.

I would be happy to be able to immortalize through my cameras all the important moments of your wedding. Two beautiful videos of this magnificent day would be a precious gift for you and your loved ones, allowing you to relive this day at any time in your life.

All my videos are edited with care and attention in order to obtain a rhythmic and harmonious montage, I travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland to film your union. All conditions and particularities are explained below. Do not hesitate to contact me for any additional information, I will be happy to inform you and reserve a date for you.

USB Drive

For the "Full Day" package, a beautiful handmade USB drive with a unique design that contains your wedding video is included. For the "Half Day" package, it is available as an add-on.

Video Recording Process:

In the morning, I will be at the wedding location before your arrival to prepare my equipment and take some beautiful shots of the venue. Your preparations are very symbolic and emotional moments. Magical moments that I will carefully film, along with the bride's accessories, the dress, the bouquet, wedding rings, table decorations, etc.

The key moment of the day! Working silently and discreetly, I will film all the details of the moment when you say "I do" for life! With well-hidden microphones, every word of your speeches will be carefully captured and integrated into the main video editing.

Before or after the ceremony, I will be present with your photographer during the romantic photo session to also capture beautiful images and integrate them into your wedding video. If you haven't planned for a photographer, plan about 30-45 minutes for a video shoot without guests, if you wish.

The cocktail hour is the opportunity to walk among the guests and discreetly capture expressions of joy and laughter that animate this moment.

Capturing decorations before dinner, entertainment, speeches, dessert... and of course the opening of the dance! All these moments until the end of your evening will be filmed by Replay Studio!

Payment

A 50% deposit is due no later than 10 days before the wedding. The balance is payable within 30 days by invoice after delivery of the videos (sent via download link or registered mail, usually 1 month after the event). Payment possible by Invoice QR code, via Twint or in cash.

Frequently Asked Questions:

The drone pilot has the required OFAC authorization for drone use as well as liability insurance. The wedding location(s) must be announced to REPLAY Studio at least 10 days in advance, as OFAC authorization for a drone flight is required and may be refused by the control authority. Additionally, drone flights are not possible in bad weather conditions (snow, rain, strong wind). Dear clients, please note that the possible absence of drone footage does not affect the quality of the video and the beautiful memories of this special day.

The videos will be delivered to you by registered mail on a USB drive. The delivery time can be up to 2 months maximum. Video editing involves about 35-40 hours of work, during busy months the delivery time may be longer than usual.

Publishing videos on YouTube is only possible with the client's consent. YouTube may still prohibit the publication of the video due to copyright regulations for the music used in the video. In this case, it is impossible to publish the video on this platform. You can only view the video via the USB drive or by downloading it from Google Drive.

No, unfortunately not, but our studio can recommend several excellent wedding photographers.

Yes, travel is included throughout French-speaking Switzerland (Valais, Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura), as well as in the canton of Bern. For all other regions of Switzerland, travel is quoted separately.

No, there are no additional costs. You only pay for the chosen service with the price mentioned on our website. Except for any possible quotes for additional specific services requested in advance by the client.

Yes, of course! We will sign a contract that will stipulate the relationship between you as the client and me, Andrei Mishchenko (REPLAY Studio), as the service provider. As well as all information about the type of service that will be provided to you and the chosen payment method. Thus, both parties will be legally protected.

Yes, it is possible to extend the service beyond the initially planned time. Overtime hours are charged at CHF 120.– per hour started.

The included duration is 6 hours for the half-day package, and 15 hours for the full-day package. Any extension is only done upon your explicit request on the wedding day itself.

REPLAY Studio is a sole proprietorship IDE: CHE-133.229.886. All services from A to Z are performed by a single person – Andrei Mishchenko. Andrei uses his own audiovisual equipment and professional image and sound processing tools. The sole proprietorship is based in 1786 Sugiez, but does not have its own premises to receive clients as this is not necessary.
