For businesses: You pay for our services by invoice once you receive the video and images.
For private individuals: A deposit of CHF 425.- in cash or by Twint will be required on the day of filming your property, and the balance once you receive the video and images.
Payment options include: cash, Twint, QR code invoice.
Yes, travel is included throughout French-speaking Switzerland (Valais, Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura), as well as in the canton of Bern. For all other regions of Switzerland, travel is subject to quotation.
This service is complete and the price remains unchanged except for a separate quotation in case of specific requests.
Yes, of course! We will sign a contract that stipulates the relationship between you as the client and me, REPLAY Studio - A. Mishchenko (sole proprietorship) as the service provider. This way, both parties will be legally protected.
The video and photos will be delivered via a download link from Google Drive. A private folder will be created and shared with you. The delivery time is typically one week or as agreed.
REPLAY Studio - A. Mishchenko is a sole proprietorship. All services from A to Z are performed by one person – Andrei Mishchenko. Andrei uses his own professional-grade audiovisual equipment and image and sound processing tools. The sole proprietorship is based in 1786 Sugiez but does not have its own premises to receive clients as this is not necessary.
The drone pilot holds an authorization from the Federal Office of Civil Aviation necessary for drone use as well as RC insurance. The location for drone use must be announced in advance to REPLAY Studio, as an authorization request to FOCA for drone flight may be necessary. However, the request may be rejected by the control authority and the flight will not be possible. Additionally, drone flights remain impossible in case of bad weather conditions (snow, rain, strong wind).
